HOW TO GET STARTED
The Foundations Process

At BMB Fitness we highly recommend group training because the combination of the community support to get through the workouts, plus our specialized coaching throughout, allows you to get the most out of every session. HOWEVER... we don’t get you to jump straight in! All of our members start with our Foundations process, which is series of sessions (usually up to five), taken at your individual speed, aimed towards ensuring helping you learn to move well and understand and practice the movements before moving into a group setting. Not only this, it allows us to get to know you and your all-important Why for training.

We start and finish with a consultation, as we want to make sure you get the most out of your training with us, and it might be that you would prefer ongoing one to one.

The cost of the Foundations process is £125 but there is no hard sell at the end of this - if it's not right for you, you have learnt a new style of training and have some things new that you can incorporate into your training sessions ongoing​
