HEY, I'M BEN
I've been a part of health & sport for just short of 20 years. Despite never really being very academic I found a love of sport and started coaching at 13 years old where I started coaching football & badminton.
This only helped start my love of Sport & Fitness, originally choosing to become a teacher before deciding more specifically on promoting health & fitness more as a Personal Trainer & coach! I found Group Training gave me the opportunity to help and even maybe benefit more people both socially and physically through group classes. This passion led me to co-found what is now BMB Fitness, meaning we offer a place for our members to come and get healthier together while building a community.
Whilst Group Training is still a massive passion of mine, as is changing as many peoples' lives as possible, I have found a new appreciation for and can invest more time into 1-2-1 sessions which has re-ignited the passion for wanting to benefit people through my Personal Training.

Foundations
Going into your first BMB Group Class can be more overwhelming than exciting. You might never have come across terms like "Snatch", "Clean" or "Jerk" in your entire life and that might put you off from coming at all.
​
This where our Foundations classes come in. Provided in a 1-2-1 format, we prepare you for your very first Group Class here at BMB with one of our experienced coaches.
​
We will guide you through all of the basic required movements that you will encounter throughout your time here with us so that when it does come time to start your first Group Class you are feeling a lot more excited than overwhelmed.

I have been attending one to one sessions with Ben for a few months after taking some time off of any form of exercise.
